This policy explains what data the Blue-Mesh Companion app ("the App") collects and why. The App is provided by HÄFELE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS GmbH & Co KG ("we", "us", "the controller").
The App uses Sentry to automatically capture crash reports and performance data, so we can find and fix problems and keep the App fast and reliable. This includes:
As part of delivering this data, Sentry's infrastructure processes your device's IP address in the ordinary course of handling the network request; we do not use it to identify you.
Beyond the diagnostic data described above, the App does not knowingly collect personal information such as your name, postal address, or location.
Solely to diagnose crashes, identify performance regressions, and improve the stability and quality of the App.
Crash and performance data is processed by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., d/b/a Sentry) as our data processor, under Sentry's own privacy policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any other third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
Crash and performance data is retained only as long as necessary to diagnose and resolve issues, and is deleted thereafter in the ordinary course of Sentry's data-retention settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export data associated with your device, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at app@thingos.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
